What exactly is monthly maintenance?

Put simply, each month we will…

  • sweep your computer(s) and make sure they are running precisely as they should ensuring any malicious data/content is removed.
  • verify your operating system is running correctly
  • patch and remedy any known security exploits that impact your machine
  • review your computer logs and make sure to document and remedy any unexpected behavior.
  • benchmark your machine and make sure it is running optimally.
  • test all hardware and ensure it is operating correctly

We have a multitude of utilities at our disposal that allow us to test and diagnose components – even predict the end-of-life for your hard drive.  For our clients, we can then put in place a mitigation tactic to prevent unwanted failures from occurring.

Is this a long-term agreement?

No, the initial agreement is for six months, after that – the agreement changes to a month to month service arrangement.  For complete details please review our agreement.

Quarterly Maintenance Service Outline:
