History
While attending high school, Alex worked as the Director of Technology for a local home builder where he designed the company infrastructure, storage provisioning, and maintained the integrity of all systems. Alex continued his education in Information Security and Ethical Hacking. He has achieved the following certifications:

Through the years, Alex has worked with some of the brightest minds in the industry and has garnered the experience needed to lead “a PC of mind.” His leadership focuses on new standards of customer service, ground breaking customer retention, and most importantly, giving back to the community. Alex has always believed in an individual’s responsibility to their community, as well as a business owner’s. With that in mind, the “Pay it Forward” trade-in solution was introduced and continues to assist battered women’s shelters and various other local charities.
